Meet the Sentec Scuba Dive Team

Have you ever started something new and become completely fascinated with what you’ve found? That is exactly what happened to Jason Poth, the owner of Sentec Scuba. In March 2017 on vacation in Cave County Florida, Jason fell in love the sport of scuba diving. After his first dive he knew he wanted to do this for the rest of his life. During his first week of scuba diving Jason earned 5 certifications including: Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Deep Diver, Night Diver, and Cavern Diver. Since that first trip in March 0f 2017 Jason has been on over 800 dives in places all over the world such as Thailand, the Caribbean, Mexico, and many dive spots all over the United States.

In 2019 Jason joined the board of directors for the Mansfield YMCA and began offering Discover Scuba classes to help fundraise and reach out to youth in the community. Now, as a PADI Open Water Instructor, he teaches nearly every PADI certification course available.

Trever Boyle is a multi-faceted individual whose passion for service extends both above and below the surface. As a dedicated PADI Open Water Instructor at Sentec Scuba, he immerses himself in the world of diving, sharing his expertise and love for the underwater realm with enthusiasts of all levels. With a keen eye for safety and a commitment to education, Trever ensures that each diving experience is not only exhilarating but also conducted with the highest standards of professionalism.

In addition to his role in the diving community, Trever serves as a full-time firefighter at Crestline Fire Department, where he embodies the values of courage, selflessness, and resilience. Whether battling blazes, providing emergency medical care, or educating the community on fire safety, Trever approaches each task with unwavering dedication and a sense of duty to his fellow citizens.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Trever finds fulfillment in his personal life as a devoted husband to Kendra Boyle and a loving father to their two children. He has honed his skills and expanded his knowledge, working his way towards becoming a certified PADI Dive Master. With each dive, Coy gains a deeper understanding of the delicate balance of marine ecosystems and the importance of conservation efforts.

When he's not exploring the depths of the ocean, Coy channels his passion for problem-solving and innovation in his role as a Manufacturing Engineer at the esteemed W.E. Lott Company. Armed with a degree in engineering, he utilizes his technical expertise to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
